This is a 10 year anniversary model of an employee at The LEGO Group. For 10 year anniversaries I prefer to build a smaller model, such as a BrickHeadz figurine.
This person is known for being well dressed, so the suit was an obvious choice.
The building is the museum of art "Aros" from the Danish city of Aarhus. It is well known for the "rainbow" on the roof in which visitors can get a view of the city.
