This is a smaller version of the Kay Bojesen Monkey. It consists of 1640 parts and there are free building instructions for it on BrickHub.org.
The model was easy to design. BrickShaper simply had to be run with the reduced size, and it created building instructions for each component.
As an example, this is from the building instructions for the right leg.
This model is fairly popular, but I am not able to assist with you getting your own, due to licensing issues. For this reason the building instructions, while free, are marked "all rights reserved", as no profit may be made from them.
