About this model

This Chinese FAW Jiefang 6x4 is designed as a model which is easy to build, repair and drive.

Note that the fuel tanks and the rear wheel shields are the first to break off when driven rough. The rear wheel pair might also eventually fall off as seen in the end of the video.

Children have no problem controlling this truck once they learn to work with the non-self-centering steering. Adults on the other hand... well, see the video.

The Power Functions components of this truck are connected as follows

Remote controls

We recommend using the Power Functions remote for controlling this truck.

If the truck is to be driven by people who do not have experience with LEGO Power Functions, then we recommend using our modified remote which blocks the channel selector and uses a long axle as a pointing device.

How to build your own model

You can build your own copy once you have all the parts in the parts list.
